The overall hotel ambiance felt outdated!!! The snack bar cleanliness was shocking, and the organization of it left much to be desired. Additionally, the wifi only working in common areas was quite inconvenient!!!

We enjoyed our holiday immensely, especially the themed dinners each night and the incredible friendliness of the staff that made us feel right at home.

Despite its amenities, the hotel shows signs of aging and requires a renovation. decor felt dated and the lifts operated slowly, often leading to longer waits. Noise levels became an issue, especially on the first floor, where sounds from the common areas disrupted sleep, especially from a lively crowd that sang until late into the night.

Just a fine choice for a weekend jaunt in Candelaria with attractive and competitive value for money. The infinity adults-only pool across the road was a lovely place to unwind and soak up the sun. Check out the short walk to Candelaria for great local sights.

Unfortunately, the lack of power sockets in the room made charging devices a challenge, and the absence of a clothes rail was inconvenient. Additionally, the humid bathroom post-shower could use better ventilation.
